Real Time Investments (RTI) started trading as a partnership in April 2005. Due to the growth the company was experiencing a decision was made by the partners to incorporate in June 2009 (Company number 06944979).
When the company initially started trading, the primary market that was being looked at for property investment was the U.K. The credit crunch opened up the prospect for the company to trade worldwide. The company now focuses on investment opportunities overseas, primarily in the USA.
All employees of the company have either a background in accountancy, mortgage finance or property investment and the firm is dedicated to providing excellent customer service for all its investors. We will help you in all the aspects relating to your purchase and will refer you to mortgage brokers, solicitors and accountants with a proven track record in service and reliability ensuring that you are looked after every step of the way.
We encourage all our investors to have a 'one to one' meeting with one of RTI's consultants prior to making any form of property investment decision. It is important to us that we meet all investors and discuss what their investment needs are. It is also important that they have a point of contact at the company and that they feel comfortable with the people that they are dealing with. This approach has proved to be highly successful resulting in most of our clients returning to us again and again.
RTI only deals with credible developers and realtors who have a proven track record. Due diligence is carried out on all developers and realtors prior to any negotiations and their developments/properties have to conform to our strict criteria before we offer them to our clients
